  • No, there is no requirement to sign a long-term contract. However, we do have a client service agreement that goes over the terms of service and what you can expect during your cleans.

  • We are available to homeowners and property owners in the Snohomish and King Counties.

  • No, you don’t need to be home during the clean. We can make arrangements for access and will lock up when we leave.

  • Cleaning times vary depending on the size and condition of your home.

  • We recommend tidying up clutter, so our cleaners can focus on cleaning rather than organizing. Ensure any personal items are put away for privacy.

  • If something is missed, please notify us within 24 hours, and we’ll come back to make it right at no additional cost.

  • We do not handle hazardous materials (including animal waste), heavy lifting, or outdoor tasks like yard work (If this is something you are in need of please let us know and we can assist with coordinating). Additionally, certain surfaces like antiques or delicate items may require special care not included in standard services.

  • We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Less notice may result in a cancellation fee.
